If your mainboard supports the PME (Power Management Event) option, you can skip the `Connecting Power UP cable' steps. We recommend that you enable Wakeup by PME# of PCI in bios-Power Management Setup. This option is different according to the bios manufacturer of the mainboard, so it is important to refer to the manual of the mainboard for the PME option.
